Living with epilepsy - can be a challenging experience for individuals. Epilepsy is a neurological disorder that causes recurring seizures, which can vary in frequency and intensity. These seizures can disrupt daily activities, such as work, school, and social interactions. Additionally, the uncertainty of when a seizure may occur can create anxiety and fear. People with epilepsy often require medication to manage their condition and reduce the likelihood of seizures. They may also need to make adjustments in their lifestyle, such as avoiding triggers or participating in regular exercise and stress management techniques. Despite the difficulties, many individuals with epilepsy lead fulfilling lives and find support from healthcare professionals, family, and friends. It is important to raise awareness about epilepsy and promote understanding and acceptance in society.
